Methods might include mindfulness, relaxation techniques, cognitive-behavioral and psychosomatic strategies, and other practices designed to promote overall health and balance. The goal is to address both psychological and physiological aspects to improve overall well-being.

Accurate Awareness refers to a heightened level of mindfulness that goes beyond simply being conscious of our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. It involves cultivating a precise, non-judgmental awareness of the underlying causes, motivations, and patterns that shape our reactions and choices. Accurate Awareness requires one to look deeply and truthfully at the root of one's inner experiences, acknowledging not only what is felt but why it arises. This practice involves examining our responses with clarity, honesty, and compassion, allowing us to better understand and transform habitual reactions. In essence, Accurate Awareness is the ability to observe ourselves with depth and precision, fostering genuine insight and growth.

My Holistic Approach

​Talk therapy can reveal narratives and meanings but often falls short of creating a profound shift to wellness beyond intellectual understanding. The emotional component of memory, crucial for healing, is often elusive and difficult to access, hindering lasting change.

 

My approach helps engage with these deeper, fluid processes within your system that conventional methods may miss. Genuine transformation happens in an intuitive, fluid space of non-judgment, requiring a different approach. Memory is deeply connected to our psychology, influencing core beliefs, behaviors, and emotional responses. Emotional memories affect how we react and cope, and unresolved or traumatic memories can obstruct healing.

 

My therapy differs by providing an internal space that allows for witnessing and processing these memories, these emotions—these energies in motion (E-motion)—without losing ourselves to the maelstrom. It fosters natural shifts and reduces identification with past traumas, aiming to enhance recovery by adding awareness to past experiences while avoiding additional distress.
